Liked: The location is excellent! And staff are very nice and helpfull :)

Disliked: Shared bathrooms and toilettes and no breakfast what's including in the room rate how you said in your pages.

Liked: Staff is very helpful and speaks in English. The location is fantastic, literally next to the Red Square. Cheap but very good hotel.

Liked: Location is excellent. Very noisy, you can hear everything that is going on in the room next to yours or in the hallway. Staff is kind of friendly: I would say one of them was rude. Breakfast is supposed to be included in the price but after a few days of ordering breakfast they told us that it is not free. Be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs, which if you have heavy bags is not fun. There is a bar/club in the area. Every other night they have a live band playing until midnight. This could be annoying if you are trying to get some sleep.
