Liked: Staff were helpful. It was a very good hostel for the price. Free internet was great although only one computer meant that there were sometimes long queues. Great location, about 15 minute walk from Red Square. Clean and attractive, decent kitchen.

Liked: some of the staff were very helpful, the wifi was great. I enjoyed the use of their kitchen and they just got a great new shower installed!

Liked: What made this Hostel special was the staff. From the Management team of Dan and his wife, to the administrators Oxana, Dennis to name but a few, were always willing to help. They went out of their way to help and share their knowledge of Moscow, which in turn made my visit to Moscow, a memory of a lifetime. Especially Oxana who went out of her way between work, to take the time to show me the sites and sounds of Moscow, that only a few tourists get to see. A big Thank you to you all :) I hope to return one day :)

Liked: I was really pleased with my stay, definitely one of the best hostels in Moscow. I found the staff very nice and going out of their way to be helpful. The common room was a great place to hang out and hear stories from other travelers about Moscow. We got some nice tips that way. There was always hot water and because they have multiple showers never had to wait in line. If you’re coming to Moscow, try to stay here.

Liked: Sheets, towels all new. Just painted, the rooms looked really nice. The hostel itself was a bit cramped, but our double-room (the pink room) was big with lots of space to put our stuff.

Liked: The location is perfect, but the staff was not always that nice. The registration is possible which is a good thing but it is very expensive (700R). Many people per room, and often on matelasses.

Liked: Real clean, personnel friendly (when there). Good location (about 7 mins from metro). Park/kiosk close. Right next to Chisty Prudy neighborhood. Cleaning woman very friendly. Staff can speak English and is congenial. Kitchen is cozy (but tiny, seats maybe max 4-5 guests). FREE computer/internet! Owner (American) is friendly. Nice clean showers (2). Toilets also good.
