The hostel is not to big. It's a cosy place to stay and above this very central. The hostelkeeper is honestly friendly and very helpfull, speaks an uncountable lot of languages and funny too. I think that's about it.

We like the convience to the red square. We like the cleaness of the rooms. We like the washing machine and the internet. We really like the person that was in charge, Ferry. He helped us find our way around and was there every morning to see if we needed any help. Lyle, Nina Lee, DeVaughn, & colleen

Its not really a hostel as much as a series of apartments that look onto the Kremlin and Red Square. Accomodation in Moscow is expensive and the incredible location of the Red Square apartments cannot be stressed enough. Fantastic value for money and includes free visa registration (which most other hostels do not provide or charge a fee). The host, Ferry, speaks about seven major languages (well) and always makes himself available to assist with train tickets and onward accomodation. Excellent.

Ferry, the manager, was fantastic. He gave us some really good recommendations, like a night at the conservatory and a great place for good cheap food, and was really friendly and introduced us to some of the locals. The hostel is like staying in your own apartment - just a few rooms in each of the flats (one is across the road) so very laid back and lots of space. Amazing location right next to Red Square too.

The owner of this hostel is, possibly, the most helpful person I have come across - at last a friendly face in Russia!

The owner, Ferry, was very helpful with local recommendations and seemed to speak lots of different languages!
There was a computer so you could use the internet at any time.
The hostel wasn't noisy and felt very secure. We stayed in the private double room and it felt private, not like an extra dorm. Ferry let us leave our bags there until 10pm on the day following our stay,
Very helpful service and the hostel was very central! A geat value option for Moscow.

The owner was so so helpful - we arrived at 5am and he got up, made us fresh coffee and let us have access to a bed for a snooze even though our room was still occupied. Lovely atmosphere, great bathroom, FANTASTIC location.

Location and price were perfect. They were very friendly. Everything was fine - only thing would be to provide a safe or a way of locking your room just for your own peace of mind.

It did give a sense of security, but this caused a lack of atmosphere.

It was more like an apartment than a hostel but we enjoyed that in a good way. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. We definately stay here again!

This hostel is ideally located literally a couple of minutes from Red Square and the major tourist attractions and is an ideal base for a stay in Moscow. It has several spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished bedrooms with a shared bathroom/shower room. There is also access to kitchen facilities, a washing machine, the Internet and a TV. A basic breakfast is included too. The chap running the hostel at the time was a French guy called Ferry who was helpful and friendly and also spoke several languages fluently.
