Liked: The location was quite good and it was cleaned on a daily basis, however we did not find most of the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful.

Liked: very central location - you can walk to the city center or to good places to go out e.g. in Kitai Gorod, good transportation facilities (4 metro-stations relative close by)

Liked: It was wonderfully friendly, slightly chaotic, in a good way, and absolutely full of character and fun. I enjoyed my time there very much indeed and was sad to leave. The guests really had the chance to socialise with each other as well. It was so small that it was like being in somebody's home, rather than a large institution. A truly superb place that I would recommend to anyone.
