Liked: We had a private room in the shared apartment across the street from the main hostel - room was fine, apartment clean and had great facilities for self-catering, laundry and internet. The girls from the hostel were really helpful and friendly, but we had to ask fairly assertively to get our visas registered, and then it took a couple of days, so if you need registration, be sure to specify this as soon as you arrive! There was a 850 ruble fee. Only other concern was security in the apartment - it's split into several private rooms, so if other guests don't lock the front door after them, anyone can wander in, and you're just relying on the little lock on your bedroom door. Overall though, a great place to stay in a really convenient location for going into the city centre or anywhere on the metro.

Liked: We had a nice stay, but it's very hard to find. If you take a taxi, ask the driver if he has a GPS Navigation System, because it took us three hours from the Airport to reach the hostel! At the last night we just had to switch the room which made us a little bit angry. But in Fact it's a good place to stay and the people there are very friendly. Dont try to send email's to the Management because they did not know the person which answered our email.

Liked: The Yellow Blue Bus was wonderful. I was traveling with my boyfriend and my brother so we took advantage of a dormitory rooms as well as a private double room. I wish I would have known before I booked that the dormitory rooms and the private rooms are in completely different buildings that are across the street from each other (I was a little worried about my brother being alone). But, in the end, both accommodations worked out perfectly. Each building had a great kitchen and friendly live-in staff (two very nice, English speaking girls). It is just a few blocks away from the metro station, making site seeing very convenient and is situated near a bustling street with plenty of restaurants and markets. Even though I questioned the safety of the building upon arriving, I felt very safe in the private double room. Don't expect luxurious accommodations (our bed was wicked uncomfortable), but do expect a warm and inviting apartment, with clean bathrooms, friendly people, fresh linens, and plenty of character.

Liked: We booked 2 private rooms at the hostel and were delighted to discover they were in a fully furnished 4 bedroom apartment. With only a few other people there. It was perfect and felt like we had our own place in the middle of moscow.

Liked: Well-located, very friendly atmosphere, all the staff does it best to help you visiting the city, booking you a cab, even excursions if you feel like and certainly, entertaining! So don't hesitate to ask for Daniel and Thomas. Une adresse sympa dans une ville qui en vaut la peine!

Liked: The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The people who stayed there were different, but ultimately good folk. We were mostly in the city all day, but when we got home it was nice that everything was clean, and that the beds were comfy.
