Liked: Clean.

Disliked: They are remodelling the hostel... and i hope it help to improve its image, which now is very poor. Everything looks very old, althoug is clean. They should fix the shower damaged. In addtion, there is not space in the shower to leave your things.

Liked: This hostel really does feel like your home from Home. It has character. It's a great location and the staff are very, very helpful. It has a nice atmosphere and it is easy to meet other people. I would definitely recommen this place and stay here again myself.

Disliked: The showers are pretty small.

Liked: great location. four person room is good. six person room seems too crowded. the hostel rooms are worth it. i believe cheaper private rooms are out there. really nice staff. i speak russian so i'm unaware of their other language skills.

Disliked: bathroom set up. had to use the single shower in the hallway. nowhere really to put things when showering. always bring your own cleaning products when staying in a hostel.

Liked: perfect location and moderate prices. you get a nice bed for the money you pay, free hot beverages and use of the kitchen. wi-fi connection is very good!

Disliked: was a bit complicated finding the door as it's in the back of the building.

Liked: Nothıng. Everythıng they told us was a lıe. All aspects were mısrepresented. Be warned!

Disliked: BE WARNED!!! We consıder ourselves to be a well balanced couple and have never made a complaınt about any hostel after travellıng the world for 10months stayıng ın many hostels ın 3rd world countrıes. What annoyed us about thıs hostel ıs that they are lıars! When we arrıved at the hostel even though we had booked on hostelbookers MONTHS ın advance they told us that they had no room for us at the hostel and sent us off wıth a random staff worker down the street to fınd a random man who had no ıdea what was goıng on to put us ın thıs apartment. We dıd not know where we were. But even worse when we arrıved at the apartment the same thıng had happend to another couple and the gırl there started screamıng and swearıng at us sayıng that she wanted the place to theırselves. All we had booked was a double room ın the hostel NOT thıs random apartment. They lıed to us when we saıd have you overbooked the hostel and they saıd no we would never do that to you and promısed us that we have a room there the next nıght. Turns out we dıdnt agaın and they spent 2 hours tryıng to fınd us an apartment agaın. Everyone we spoke to at the hostel was havıng a bad experıence. Whıle we were waıtıng for two hours I went to the WC at the hostel and you cant even sıt down the door closes on you. We have stayed ın hostels for over 10months now and thıs was the worst experıence we have ever had!

Liked: it was cheap.. and you meet some really nice people... great thing to do if you are travelling around

Disliked: looks like its about to fall down, entrance is in a back alley, and your initial reacting is "omg"

Liked: The place was quite comfortable, I immediately felt home.

Disliked: The stuff seemed to be a bit confused with bookings. The hostel was almost overbooked. I once also returned home in the evening and found my bed been occupied by another guest.

Liked: -it is very very close to one of the most popular shopping streets in Moscow, namely the Arbat Street; -the personnel was pleasant and kind; -it was clean;

Disliked: -it was a kind of small hostel, that is to say with relatively narrow corridors and little rooms, but actually this is normal for hostels; -some of the showers were really small, but there was also one big shower which I could use at any time;

Liked: +When we arrived they said they had not had a booking notified for us but they moved one staff member out of a room and gave it to us. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Location is good, room we had was basic.

Liked: I met new friends among other travellers and staff. I liked very nice atmosphere of friendliness and fun! I walked around a lot and saw a lot of Moscow. I think this is ideal hostel if you want to do a lot of sightseeing on foot! I felt very safe too. I had very good experience in Moscow and in the Home from Home hostel. Ochen korosho spasiba.

Disliked: I cannot really think of anything.
