 Great location - just off trendy Arbat Street, which has lots of good places to eat (5 mins from metro and about 15 min walk from Kremlin and Red Square) Staff were friendly and helpful.

The general atmosphere of the hotel was really friendly and Ivan, the guy in charge was really helpful and helped us book accommodation in our next stop.

LOVED this hostel. the staff go out of their way to help you and the general atmosphere is so much fun - literally like staying at someone's house. location is perfect, but they were doing some major rennovations when we were there so i think this prime piece of real esteate is gonna go up and lose its charm on the way...

A very friendly, homely place - useful to be able to use the kitchen, and beds comfy and clean.

The staff. We took our washing to a laundrette and it went missing but the girl from the hostel was really helpful in phoning various people for us (we couldn't speak russian) and we managed to get it back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hostel was in a great location, right off one of Moscows popular shopping/restaurant streets, would recommend to other travelllers.

The staff of the hostel was very friendly and ready to answer to any question, especially Ivan. Nina was cleaning all the time maintaining the rooms and the toilets very clean! The guys did really a good job! We could use internet for free and the hostel is perfectly located!
