Liked: It made me feel like I was at home rather than at a hotel or some such. Everyone was very friendly and there was a banterous environment. I really enjoyed it!

Liked: It is a two min walk from the metro station. Or a ten min walk from Leningradsky station which you can get off at (one stop earlier on the metro) and stop at a supermarket on the way back!

Liked: The location is very convenient to the Metro and Leningradskiy station- once you find the building. Nearby is a 24-hour supermarket and there's a good local restaurant on the ground floor where you can eat cheaply as long as your Russian is good enough to let the ladies know what you'd like. I met some really good people there. All in all it's basic, clean, and one of the few hostels in Moscow.

Liked: It was very small and low key, no one was there to grret us when we arrived and the one other guest there let us in. it took a bit of finding but once we were there it was quite close to a metro station. The next day the staff arrived (they lived away from the apartment) and they were friendly and helpful. tehre were also contact numbers for them and use of the phone which was nice. bathroom and toilet badly need renewing but apart from that it was quite nice it felt like we had our own apartment in the city
