Liked: The staff. We took our washing to a laundrette and it went missing but the girl from the hostel was really helpful in phoning various people for us (we couldn't speak russian) and we managed to get it back.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hostel was in a great location, right off one of Moscows popular shopping/restaurant streets, would recommend to other travelllers.

Liked: The staff of the hostel was very friendly and ready to answer to any question, especially Ivan. Nina was cleaning all the time maintaining the rooms and the toilets very clean! The guys did really a good job! We could use internet for free and the hostel is perfectly located!

Liked: It is well located. The street Old Arbat is fantastic and you can find a lot of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops, but mainly for souveniers. It is also possible to walk to the Kremlin. The hostel is very crowded and noisy. There stay more than 20 people in a 4- or 5-room-flat and share just 2 toilets, if one is damaged just one like in our case.
