Liked: Location was so so, and garden is probably in summer nice

Disliked: It was freezing in the dorms even with heating full on and the bathrooms were not nice either. Furthermore the price to use other services in the hostel is absurd

Liked: Location is great! Very close to the train station and the city center as well. There is a nice garden with a fontain there. Also there is hot water all the time in a room.

Disliked: It was a bit cold in the room, and you have to pay for other services like bag storage, refrigerator, etc. Also there are no lockers.

Liked: It was close to the centre of Timisoara.

Disliked: In a room for 9 people there was only 1 bathroom available. The owner charged 10Lei a day to put anything in the fridge and then you were not allowed to s the kitchen. If you needed to leave your bg after check out time you were charged 5euros per hour and the directions tothehostel are not the best.

Liked: As the only hostel in Timisoara, it is a reasonable stopping point for one or two nights. A walking distance to both the city centre and the Timisoara Nord train station. I had some fun with the other travellers I met at the hostel that night and almost missed the train to Belgrade early next morning. The road repair works nearby the hostel made it a bit hard to find and help loose the correct way in the night, but otherwise a good option if you're looking for just a place to sleep.

Liked: well , it is the only hostel unfortunately...fairly close to the town center, acceptable walking distance....

Disliked: the owner will charge u for just about anything..nevermind breakfast...for luggage keeping,5ron/hr, using fridge...towel...even for fone call to taxi....so u should be prepared for all the extras.....no self catering facilities..none... it is time some one opened a proper hostel in timisoara..

Liked: If you are visiting Timisoara, this is the only place to stay. The owner is fantastic, as is the value for your money. As other travelers have experienced, our reservation was bumped from the dorm to a private room at no extra cost. The building is excellent and is still being improved; they are building a better check-in area as I write this.The only downside to this hostel is the directions provided online. Because I enjoyed this place so much, I figured I should give some more helpful hints to find it:First off, the address is Romulus 32, and if you search for Morreti Plaza in Google Maps, it has the correct location. To get from the main train station (Timisoara Nord), it’s easiest to catch a cab. Having said that, the cab drivers are not overjoyed when they find out they aren’t dealing with standard tourists. They will try and charge 5 euro upfront, which you should never take (the ride should cost a maximum of 8 lei = 2 euro). Long story short, unless they will turn the meter on, you are better off walking because it will take just as long as arguing with the cab drivers (we had to find a police officer to help.)To walk from Timisoara Nord (about 20 minutes), just walk southeast (straight in front of you from the main entrance) on Bulevardul General Ion Dragalina for 900m. After this, the street name changes to Bulevardul Constantin Brancoveanu, but just keep walking another 240m until Romulus. Turn left on Romulus. Morreti Plaza is just after the 3rd street on your left and it has a big neon sign over the entryway.Congratulations, you have made it!

Disliked: This is the most creepy hostel I stayed to. Not clean. Not nice. Not friendly. TRY TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE TO STAY!

Liked: THE FOUNTAIN IN THE COURTYARD WAS GOOD BUT THE REST AREA WHICH LOOKED PRETTY GOOD WAS BEING RENOVATED SO WAS UNFORTUNATELY REALLY UNUSABLE.

Liked: I was the only guest on this particular night and was only staying one night to catch a train to Belgrade the next morning. The dorms are individual rooms leading onto a open air courtyard with a nice fountain. There was no common room, no internet, no guest kitchen and breakfast was not included. It was pretty much deserted the next morning, I couldn't even find someone to enquire about the breakfast and the night before when I checked in, I had to press the guy to get a local map and some recommendations for food places. Suited my purpose for a comfortable and clean bed for the night walking distance from the train station but not really a 'hostel' as such.

Liked: ++ Nice place to stay. The owner is friendly and helpfull. Rooms where clean with a bathroom inside the room. -- The bed was making noice when you where moving in your sleep.

Liked: There aren't a lot of options in Timisoara and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They're good people and obviously try hard and love what they do so it pains me to say the place is ugly and tacky, but very comfortable for the price you're paying and the location. I'd recommend it, even if the ghastly colors and decorations are fugly.

Liked: We stayed in the shared room. It was clean. When we stayed there we were the only guests, so we had the entery room for us.The pension is ok, although they didn't give many information about the city. Nevertheless, there is a information point in the centre of the city.
