Liked: Cheap, excellent location, good restaurant.

Liked: We liked the location and the food they served in the restaurant. The personnel was also nice and helpful but the truth is we poke both hungarian and roumanian.

Disliked: We had an issue with the sinkhole in the showercabin, it was obturated and even when we asked the staff to resolve this there was no progress. So we needed to buy a drain cleaner to make it work. The property itself was quite noisy, under our room was the airconditioning , which was old and noisy, saturday at 7.30 you could hear loud music from the restaurant which was also closed to our room, the linen were not as clean as you expect to be and this hostel hosts a lot of school groups that can be embarrassing when they slam the door every 5 minute in the night.

Liked: Good Location, Good Price. Restaurant next door is good value.

Disliked: Drains in bathroom overflowed. Hot water wasn't constant.

Liked: Its close to the attractions.

Disliked: Everything. Reception unfriendly and didnt speak much english. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Nothing is free here. No breakfast or free internet. Even when I asked for hot water twice to make coffee, the girl showed some unpleasant expression. The place is too quiet, may be bcos its winter. Its definitely not a place to meet other travelers. The building looks eerie.

Liked: The location couldn't have been better - right in the centre! The building is nice too. The bar is averagely cheap and popular with locals as well as guests. The restaurant is good too, we didn't notice it being pricier as others have said.

Disliked: They didn't have a double room available for us.

Liked: extremely good location, probably the best starting point for visiting old Sighisoara.

Disliked: you can't come near the hostel with your car and no parking

Liked: Location (right in the old town), large rooms, bar facilities

Disliked: Finding the property can be difficult as access to the citadel by car is restricted and only the local taxi drivers seem to know how to get there!

Liked: Very central, nice building with roof beams.

Disliked: Staff seemed rather distracted, but we didn't really need any assistence, so can't say there were any problems.

Liked: Great value for money on the double room which was quite large and had a nice clean and large ensuite.The bar downstairs is also an awesome place to have a couple of cheap beers.

Liked: Its location within the Citadel was good although a lot of work is being carried out on the streets (earth moving equipment, pot holes etc!)

Liked: The rooms were not cleaned very well. The breakfast was small and above average price. Very noisy on the weekend (occupants of the dormitory were drinking and shouting all night long and banging on other bedroom doors. Infact a door panel on the dormitory had been damaged. The Television set was left in control of the hostel occupants who had it at full volume throughtout the evening and early hours. Staff appeared to be oblivious to the inconsiderate behaviour of the dormitory occupants. However, SIGHISOARA Citadel is beautiful eventhough it looked like a BOMB site with every street looking as if it had been hit by foods. It will definitely look more attractive when the street renovations are completed. We had a lovely meal at "CASA DRACUL" although a bit expensive. The rest of the town is worth a visit

Liked: great location in the historical centre and taxis there are so cheap it only cost me a bit over 1 euro to get from the train station. staff were polite but not overly friendly. the food in the restaurant was pretty good but you'll find better and cheaper food elsewhere in sighisoara.

Liked: DIRTYness: the laundry was stained, the room was not aired and behind the courtains there were dust and spider webs, the shower had in almost every corner green spots of mould.the staff were NOT friendly and they looked disturbed by every our question, also when we had to leave the place.the credit cards were NOT accepted and we had to insist more than once to get a receipt of the bill!hostelbookers.com was not promoted on the contrary there were different hostels around the country promoted in his place.
