Liked: Very helpful and friendly - checkin time to suit my schedule and a late checkout were no problem! A very nice clean, comfortable hostel with good facilities. The location right by the train station was convenient.

Disliked: The hostel is very quiet at this time of year but this is simply due to lack of tourists in the area - which is one of the things I liked about visiting it!

Liked: This hostel is a hop, skip and jump from the train station and a short walk into the old town. There is a kitchen for guest use and free breakfast (toast, eggs, jam, coffee, tea). There were lockers in the room, but no locks (perhaps you can just get these at reception). Dorm room was huge and despite it being the shoulder season still quite a few people staying here - nice and friendly.

Disliked: The room was really cold, even with a few extra blankets and the shower got pretty wet (with no bathmat), so no place to put your clothes in the shower and keep them dry. Dorm door isn't locked so anyone in the hostel can come in.

Liked: The staff are really friendly and great to get along with - was realyl nice to sit and relax with them in the communical room with a bottle of wine or two and were great at giving us tips for the local area and what to do. The dorms were really comfy and had adequate washing facilities and really comforatable beds. Great breakfast as yuo get as many fresh bread and eggs as you want - great way to start the day! The hostel is all of three minutes from the station and a short walk into the really pretty town. Highly recommended!

Liked: Good location near train/ bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities and breakfast were good.

Disliked: No lockers in dorms and only 1 bathroom per floor.

Liked: Close to train station and bus station.

Disliked: Staff is competent, but they somehow seem less friendly/helpful than the staff at other hostels I've stayed at.

Liked: place was clean and tidy. The rooms are large. Located in quiet part of the town within walking distance to the old center and train station. Staff is nice.

Disliked: I didn't care for insuite toilet and shower, it was small and inconvenient to use for 7 other people needed to use that bathroom as well. There was one computer to share with everyone.

Liked: very simple to find from the train station. nice garden area to chill in and the basement area was quite cool, funky decorations with a pool table and lots of seating areas. staff were friendly. very good value for money.

Disliked: it was quite far from the town centre and at night it felt a little unsafe walking back from the old town. it was a saturday night and a load of dodgy guys in cars driving back and forth staring at me. so i got a taxi instead back to the hostel. other than its good.

Liked: During my trip this was the best hostel I stayed at, everything about the hostel was great actually. Beautiful location, wonderful staff. If I go to Romania again, i'm definitely gonna stay here.

Disliked: It's a bit from the tourist area, but very close to the trainstation but it's something like a five minute walk and you are in the tourist area.. Not much of a big dislike though

Liked: The hostel is really close to the train station and less than 10min wlking to the city centre. The atmosphere is quite nice, with a gerden and a bar with a pool table in the basement.

Liked: Close to the train station, nice outdoor courtyard area. Free wifi was great.

Disliked: No real security. Was told the lockers were changed and so no keys, no door keys given, so anyone could walk in. Staff did offer to look after valuables, but that's a hassle. Needs more bathrooms. There was only 1 shower/toilet (combined) in the main area with 2 large dorms. May have been more downstairs, but nobody mentioned this.

Liked: I loved everything, but especially the wonderful staff. The young woman there was so kind and generous and helpful. It is certainly a place I would go back to and tell my friends about. It had a homey feel that makes you feel quite relaxed. I was a little sad to leave. I've stayed at a lot of hostels over the years (I'm not so young, 43!) and this was one lf the tops! If not the best!!!! Thank you for a great experience. Oh and I wasn't the oldest one there either :-) Oh and I loved having eggs to cook in the morning with breakfast...none of the just toast and coffee here!

Disliked: nothing! Well, almost nothing...the shower door in my room needs some work, but other than that it was great!

Liked: I liked the fact that the staff were very nice and let us keep our bags there until 12am after we checked out that day. It was in a good location near the train station.

Disliked: There was actually no bar, but instead a recreation room where you could play pool and BYOB.

Liked: Awesome hostel in a great town. Very clean, comfortable, new, spacious interior in a really cool building. Excellent staff. Highly recommended!

Liked: the kitchen was good, beds comfortabkle and the shower was good. The outdoor and underneath area was good for meeting people. the wifi was good.

Disliked: the staff were sometimes hard to find. place was bit dirty. the room we were in was loud by the train line
