Rob, the owner, and his family were a joy to be around. It's more like a homestay, than a hostel! Rob even drove me around to some of the local sites, bless him. Only wish I'd been there when there were other guests, winter is beautiful in Sighet, but lonely for a traveller!

The staff was incredible! After I got stuck inside due to the awful weather, Rob decided to do an impromptu tour the next day, which turned out to be really great. This is one of the friendliest places I've been, with the owner making a great effort to help in any way possible.

The staff are helpful and offer tours of near by villages which was great, it was a relaxed and plesant hostel, more like a homestay.

Friendly stuff, going to toilet although we already checked out, could use internet for free quickly, staff did phonecalls for us without charging.
