This hotel and restaurant opened in spring 2007 in a picturesque setting 18 km from Sibiu and near the foothills of the Cindrel Mountains and the resort of Paltinis.

The Bocca Del Rio Restaurant-Hotel opened in the spring of 2007, just like a beautiful, scented flower, in picturesque scenery, close to the city of Sibiu; it is the fruit of a proud local family's hard work.
The location is exquisite; only 18 km away from Sibiu, towards the foothills of the Cindrel Mountains and the Paltinis resort.
The hotel has 15 rooms with their own bathroom and the most modern facilities, including wonderful views over rural sceneries, hills, mountains, forest and wild vegetation.
The restaurant benefits from a modern kitchen. It offers Romanian, Transylvanian and classical cuisine. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 18:30 to 20:30.
We also have two multifunctional saloons with a capacity of 60 and 30 persons, wine cellar, bar and large guarded parking lot.
Our complex offers you spaces for conferences, trainings, team building, symposiums and also spaces for discussions and coffee breaks in a very pleasant location. Our staff is qualified and dedicated to offer you quality services.

The Bocca Del Rio Hotel and Restaurant has 15 differently structured rooms with their own bathroom, all three stars rated. We have:

• Double room for singles
• Two-persons studio, double bed
• Apartment with two bedrooms and double beds, 4 places
All rooms have the most modern facilities: TV cable, internet, telephone, mini bar and leather relaxing rocking chairs.
The windows are designed to delight your eyes as they overlook rural sceneries, hills, mountains, forest and wild vegetation.

Location Information

The location is exquisite - only 18 km away from Sibiu, towards the foothills of the Cindrel Mountains and the Paltinis resort.
Sibiu is the biggest medieval town in Eastern Europe. The town still has something from the spirit and charm of the old ages. Walking through the streets of the old city center you feel like you could see everywhere princes and princesses, you feel that time has stopped in this place so you can have the most faithful image of those times... It is the city with three rows of defense walls. There were reasons for all this defenses. Many cultural and important events have happened here. Witnesses are 39 defense towers, 200 churches and fortified castles.
