Overview
Everybody likes to have a good time so why not have a Flying Time? Located in the heart of the old town of Sibiu (Hermannstadt), the 18th century building is probably the best choice the budget traveler can make when it comes to fun, comfortable and cheap accommodation.
Weather you like theatre, museums, architecture, film festivals, traditional folklore art, or just enjoy the buzzing night life, The Flying Time Youth Hostel is within walking distance of all the attractions.
Enjoy a hot cup of tea (on the house) in the open air interior yard or in the kitchen. Have a pint of good beer in the downstairs pub or wander around the medieval old town. Just enjoy...
This Youth Hostel has rooms with 8 beds, rooms with 6 beds, rooms with 4 beds, and one room with two beds and private bathroom. There are also five fully equipped bathrooms (toilets, showers), a clean and modern kitchen for the guests, a little terrace where you can take breakfast or just have a chat, and a club to party all night long! There is also a TV room, free internet and a young, friendly and multi-language-speaking staff glad to answer all your questions and help you with everything.

The Flying Time Hostel is situated in the center of the old town of Hermannstadt-Sibiu, European Capital of Cultures in 2007, just a few minutes of walking distance away from some of the major attractions like The Brukenthal Museum, The Evanghelic Church, The Liars Bridge, The Traditional Folk Museum and many more or you can enjoy the night life or drink a cup of tea in one of the pubs and clubs in The Little Square.
You can hold valuables overnight at the reception, although the general atmosphere in the dorm is quiet and trusting.
