The apartments offer individuality and independence and are a perfect base either for leisure or business trips. There is no catering service, but you can prepare your own food in the well-equipped kitchen. Situated in Constanta, just 900 meters from the Black Sea Coast at the gateway to the Mamaia

The apartments are located in the Tomis Nord Ciresica area in Constanta or in Ovidiu Square, close to the Mamaia Resort and the Ovidius University Campus. They are 2 km from the city centre, 3 km from the railway station and 4 km from the Constanta Port.

Constanta Residence Apartments offers easy access to the train station and the Mihail Kogalniceanu International Airport.

Constanta is located in Romania’s south-eastern region, Dobrogea. Constanta's harbour is the main Romanian port and the largest one on the Black Sea coast. Mamaia is the largest resort on the Romanian Black Sea, it is 8 km in length and only 300 metres in width. The beach season is at its best between mid May and late September, with average daytime temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The water is warm until late autumn. The beach is a 10 minutes stroll from the apartments.

Accommodation Information

Constanta Residence Apartments are situated in Constanta, just 900 metres from the Black Sea Coast, at the gateway to the Mamaia Resort.

All year round, the apartments offer comfortable 3-star accommodation in spacious studios and 2-room apartments, equipped with modern furniture and all necessary amenities.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later,or in the case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

SPECIAL CONDITION FOR SUMMER SEASON : Reservation from 1st July till 31th August. If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.

Please call us 5-8 days before arrival.

Transfer from Kogalniceanu Airport cost 15 euro and from Bucharest Airport cost 100 euro. Please inform us about it.

Transfer from Railway Station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free.

We acceped only by cash payments.

For the period longer than 8 nights we ensure free cleaning services
