Liked: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They took us out for dinner and drinks, booked taxis, allowed me to stay in a 4 bed dorm whilst paying for an 8 bed as I was a girl on my own and they didn't want me to have to share with a load of boys (I wouldn't have minded but it was a lovely gesture!) - can't recommend it highly enough.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Really nice place to stay, good location, nice rooms, but the best is the staff, they are really good. Todas las chicas de la recepcion son majisimas y te ayudan en todo!

Liked: Had good sized lockers for backpacks and nice duvets. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Adequate shower facilities.

Disliked: The owners wanted the EXACT money right away when we arrived and screwed their noses up after being offered to pay instantly with either a card or cash in which they would have to give minimal change in return, so from the outset, they did not seem very helpful. It was difficult at most of the time to figure out who actually worked there with many different staff milling about that did not look very official so was disconcerting. To get access into the kitchen, you had to find one of these anonomous members of staff and obtain a key, which was a bit of a pain at times.

Liked: warm, clean, atmosphere of the Hostel Offering the information about concert or club and night experience of the day staffs are very kind and helpful. they introduced about the cluj and worth-to-visit place around cluj, train, buses etc.

Disliked: almost time, the Hostel is very quite. but sometimes at night, maybe you need your ear plug,,

Liked: The central location most of all! And the good quality for a low price! Plus a very quiet and respectful environment!

Disliked: The fact that the bathroom was on maintenance and not that clean... And some people got their camera stolen in the room (but they should have put it in the locker)

Liked: It was a well situated hostel right in the middle of the old town centre. Great, friendly staff and very clean. The kitchen was good and the shower was fine too. I had no complaints at all when i was leaving.
