The apartment is close to a number of theatres, restaurants, night-clubs, casinos and supermarkets non stop. Other attractions include museums, churches and two concert halls- Ateneul Roman and Sala Palatului where acts such as Sting and Patricia Kaas have performed in the past.

An open air market and Cismigiu park are also in walking distance of the apartment.
