Situated in an interior court, the quiet 40 metre square apartment is on the 5th floor and enjoys a view over its Romana square surroundings.
Facilities include an open plan kitchen equipped with a double gas stove, gas oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, steam cooking system and bathroom with a big bath.

Other facilities include air conditioning, general light interrupter at the exit of the flat, digital satellite TV (52 channels), stereo Radio-CD-Cassette player, radio alarm, aluminium radiators, thermal double glass windows, electric outside roller-blind, a king size bed (180cm/71inches) in the spacious bedroom and a double sofa bed (140cm/55inches) in the living room.
Wi-Fi 3G+ (3 times faster than 3G) is optional.

Apartment warranty: €50 deposit you get back at the check-out time.
For bookings of more than 3 nights and 2 persons, 50% of the total value can be requested at the booking time: apply to us.
Children accepted up to 3 years old with an extra charge of 10 Euros per child per night.
