Disliked: directions! did exactly what they said from trainstation and ended up no wher near the hostel,probably easier to google map it and walk,it didnt seem so bad walking at night either

Liked: Convenient to the main train station, good wifi, kitchen, breakfast included boiled eggs and muesli. Nice lounge areas.

Disliked: The place felt dark and very crowded. Only two toilet/showers, so almost always had to wait and the floor was always wet (and the room steamy). No A/C in rooms (only in lounge, but it wasn't on while I was there, despite the 40-degree heat) so was not the best choice in July.

Liked: The locatıon ıs pretty good and ıts pretty clean.

Disliked: The 6 bed dorm I stayed in on the first floor was pretty cramped. There was very little storage space. The air conditioner was actually in the common room, so we had to keep the door open at night to stay cool. This made it noisy, especially because sound from people talking in the courtyard carried. The bathroom on our floor was out of commission the entire weekend because of remodeling. There weren't really enough bathrooms to begin with. The shower didn't drain well on the ground floor and the door on the shower was broken.

Liked: It was really clean, the staff were so helpfull, the common areas were a great place to meet people. The shop opposite was really handy for beer an food. The kitchen was spacious an well equiped. There was always hot water in the bathrooms, breakfast was everyday, All in all not a bad place, shame i was only staying a couple of nights. I really do suggest the airport pick up tho.

Disliked: So so hard to find, I was lucky with arranging airport pick up, as a fellow traveller got stung by a taxi for $40, not the hostels fault, just rip off taxi drivers, The only one fault i could find was the shower head had no brackets in the bath rooms,

Liked: Staff was incredible. Truly some of the best customer service in the hostel industry. Room was also nice. Clean and simple, definitely a great stay.

Liked: Close to city center, the most knowledgable and helpful and friendly staff [Carmen at reception and Reiner the owner/tour guide] are AMAZING. Helped us book tours to see the castles, and also helped us with train tickets. Everyone there speaks fluent English. Breakfast every morning until noon with tea, coffee, cereal, toast, salami, and cheese. A TV room to chill in, and wi-fi everywhere.

Disliked: The dorm beds are extremely creaky and loud. Hard to kit wake someone up while you climb in and out of the bunks. The floorboards are also really loud. I'm a night owl so sneaking into the dorm beds was not so inconspicuous! Other than that, really great place to stay!

Liked: I liked the sheep who ate thye football pitch grass and the site dog. I liked how close the hostel was to the town square.

Disliked: No Kitchen equipment, cooker only had 2 rings working, cold water in shower most of the time.

Liked: The staff were AMAZING!!! I accidentally left my phone under my pillow when we went out for a day trip, leaving that night by plane - the train was 2 hours late, and we were worried we wouldn't get to the airport in time, and we needed our luggage and our phone - the owner picked us up at the train station, bags and phone in tow, and dropped us off. AMAZING and so accomodating!!! the beds also weren't bad, the showers were good, and there are loads of common areas...

Disliked: not enough air conditioning - although that could be related to the fact that it was a heat wave when we were there - and there are air cons in the common rooms.
