Liked: The hostel is a 15 minute walk from the train station and all the main sites are within walking distance also (if you like walking, that is! Otherwise, you may find it slightly out-of-the-way). The place is quiet - there is no noise from traffic or neighbours - and the atmosphere is relaxed, with the staff keeping themselves to themselves (not really very "mad!", as described on Hostelbookers...but I can forgive them for that!) but being helpful whenever I asked for anything. The small kitchen is clean and adequate, as are the bathrooms (but they could do with a couple more showers...3 is not enough for the amount of guest staying there), and the small communal space is homely and pleasant.

Disliked: The beds neither smelt nor felt clean....they weren't filthy dirty by any means, neither were they uncomfortable, but fresh sheets can make all the difference to a good nights sleep, I find.

Liked: Near to all of important places in the city. you don't need to use public transport. very nice room. its clean. people are friendly.

Disliked: It was not very clean and the location was a bit hard to find from Piata Romana due to road works. The common room was small.

Disliked: first arrived and the lady said she didn't get my reservation. So she asked me to open my labtop and email to show her my confirmation. I really didn't know why. Then she told me to pay the balance, but the exchange rate is so bad that it can cover the deposit I paid to hostelbooker. She said everyone is paying the same. So everyone is paying more, then i should pay more?? rediculous.

Liked: This property is in a great location if you need to get to and from the train station, It was excellent value for money too.

Disliked: The facilities and rooms were pretty average and there wasn't really any atmosphere.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpfull, the location was ok (at walkable distance from some interest areas) and the the outside comunal space was enjoyable.

Disliked: It is an old building, so the wooden stairs make some noise, and it hasn't got a lot of character. The beds are not fantastic (but anyway I slept well in mine!)

Liked: This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at so far this trip! It's safe and secure (you use key-cards for entry), the beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are great, there are lockers for your valuables. Also, the common room is huge, comfortable and super fun to hang out in, the wifi is amazingly fast, and the staff is exceptionally nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The free dinner is good, and the free beer is a nice addition. I never wandered down in time for breakfast, but I heard it was good. STAY HERE!!!

Disliked: It was a little cold in the room at night, but they had extra blankets so it really wasn't a problem at all.

Liked: The property was very easy to find and we stayed in the second dorm what makes a huge difference!! Because we slept well and I would'nt say the same thing for the other peole.....

Disliked: I didn't like the small garden, too small and too close to the rooms you can't really use it in the evening so you can't really share a moment with other people after 10pm because you are too close to the dorms. And the stairs to go to the first floor really really makes too much noise!
