Liked: Very friendly staff, who were very keen to help us, whether with recommending somewhere to eat, pointing out the sights on the map, or ringing other hostels for us when they were fully-booked themselves.

Liked: extremely helpful and friendly staff, who were great at going that little bit further - organising stuff, directing, giving information (about the rest of Romania, not just Bucharest) etc. - but there was also no pressure to have to do any extra events - one night i was so tired i slept for 13hrs from 8 in the evening and was prefectly able to do that!Breakfast is fantastic- a DIY affair means you get just what you want (including 'lots' if that's what you needed like me!), an the kitchen was available all day if you wanted to prepare your own food. any mess was cleaned immediately and thoroughly.

Liked: It did have some A/C and the staff is very friendly. Its close to the train station but rather far from the palace and old town. Id stay here again

Liked: has Air con, which is great in summer. No lockers for bags.

Liked: the staff were extremly friendly and helpful and wanted everyone to enjoy there stay. the dorms to the road were noisy due to early morning trafic

Liked: Great self catering kitchen, great beds. The dorms can get overheated and with no air conditioning in the dorms and windows that open on to the street with no security grills there is little that can be done to get some fresh air.

Liked: It was like staying at your Grandma's house, we were spoilt with constant offers of food and the dorms and bathroom were spotless. The owner was really great at helping us with the Police too as we had been robbed on the train from Poland to Romania.
