Liked: The facilities are pretty good and it's nice and clean.

Disliked: It is located quite a way from the train/bus station but taxis are so cheap it's not a problem. The guy on the front desk wasn't very friendly but then again no one in Bucharest is. Wouldn't bother coming here (to Bucharest) unless you have to.

Liked: It was clean, fairly central and the staff were very helpful.

Disliked: The directions provided were great except for the very last part which said the hostel was within one hundred metres. Because that was from an intersection there were about five roads that could have been down and it took us about fifteen minutes and asking three locals to find it.

Liked: The staff is very kind and helpful. The doorms are big enough and they have toilet and shower in every room. Breakfast included.

Disliked: It's quite far away from everything!

Liked: The place was very nice and clean. There where toilets in different floors and provided everything they said correctly.

Disliked: The staff was kind of rude and was not willing to help. For example: it was very difficult to get a towel because the guy said that there were no dry towels. After insisting about three times, the guy just went and got one completely dry.

Liked: The dis-proportioned cross-stitching maps of the world and the random Egyptian wall hangings. Such an amazing breakfast and the coffee is phenomenal. And the huge maps on the walls which doesn't help you navigate through town but fun to stare at.

Disliked: We weren't allowed to make fun of the flutists staying in the hostel practicing for concert. And I didn't see much of Bucharesti because too busy chatting with the one -and only- staff member who was helpful and extremely friendly, and a bit weird as well..

Liked: Best Hostel I've ever been to! Free internet, breakfast buffet included. The rooms were clean and the staff was very very friendly. I totally recommend this hostel to everyone!!!

Liked: You should really bi-pass Bucharest, but if you don't have a choice or want to see how bad this city is for yourself, then the Central Hostel is a good place to crash.

Liked: nice location, possiblity to sit outside, very small rooms without enough possibilities to let things, breakfast simple, but you don´t pay so much for that accomodation. Free internet.
