Liked: Really central property but on a quiet street close to the centre. Friendly owners, tea and coffee making facilities in room and good value. Would definately stay again.

Liked: This is by far the best place we have stayed at in all of Romania. The owners live on site and have done a great job of making their place, your place. The location is central, the owner's recommendations are right on, the room was perfect and the experience was great. Find a way to book here. Book early, they have four rooms. Not to miss.

Liked: We booked the place for our Australian guests. They told me to say: It was a wonderful place, and the owners friendly and so nice!!! It was very excellent to stay there. They had a little kitchen also. The owners drove them also to the railway station. The guesthouse is very close to the attractions of Brasov. Our friends says: Brasov and the guesthouse was the best place at our trip in Romania.

Liked: Nice guesthouse in very central but quiet location, safe and confortable, friendly run by Andrei.. the double room even has satellite tv... unfortunately it didn't have a common room nor a kitchen (but food prices in Brasov are quite affortable).. i'd defenetely reccomend for a confortable and quiet stay

Liked: Location just could not be better, itis right in the centre of all the life in the old town but on a quiet street. Immaculate good sized room within a family home but was still very private. Owners were so friendly and helpful. This is good as it gets in terms of value for money - absolutely outstanding value, but more suited to couples as there is no communal area for those looking to meet.

Liked: Andre, the owner was extemely helpful. Great location in Brasov, safe, walking distance to town centre square. Accomodation (en suite) was decent. Cooking facilities were a nice bonus.

Liked: Andres and Lucia were very helpful and friendly. Both are fluent in English. The location couldn't be better — just a short block from the historic center and pedestrian street, within walking distance of all the sights. Many restaurants close by. It doesn't look like much from the street side, but our accommodations, while not fancy, were clean and comfortable. We booked a double room, but were upgraded to the apartment — no view, but a stove and refrigerator, TV (with CNN etc,), heat, couch and chair, and a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. We felt totally safe and secure, and with our electronic key could come and go as we pleased. We drank the tap water. Guesthouse Postavarului is not for those who prefer the amenities of a hotel. It's a simple place, but a great value for the money. Andres and Lucia were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay there again.
