The staff were helpful. We got a smoking room, and when I requested a non-smoking they solved it without any hesitation. Theyalso have very good car rental offers, great value for the given price, and the hotel staff sort out everything instead of you. That was great regarding our language difficulties. The only dissappointing thing was is the slow pressing service which means it takes a day to have a shirt to be pressed. The location of the hotel is great. Anyway the total impression was good, we would definitely go back there again.

it was right next door to the mall and movie theater, a little far away from the wine cellars though
