Liked: Vera(?) was the most kind staff I've ever met. (I stayed around 40~50 hostels so far.) I stayed at this hostel just 1 night for some reasons. But she impressed me with her kindness.

Disliked: DONG WOO left no negative feedback.

Liked: everything is perfect. This is the best hostel i have ever seen.

Liked: Friendly staff and a lot of offers to spend your time in city on reseption.

Disliked: Water in shower is not enough warm and you are not able to adjust it since there is only one button to push.

Liked: this is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful. It is extremely clean. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. It is located well and right by all the good nightlife. The rooms are clean and have lockers. There is free internet and a very cosy lounge room. The staff go out of there way to help you and answer questions. Great place!!

Disliked: everything good!

Liked: close to the train station, really nice staff, close to the party area, free walking tours, nice commen room.

Disliked: If you dont like to party, dont choose this hostel, because the party street is just outside your window in the weekends!

Liked: Everything, its one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Will recomend it to my friend in case they travel to Porto.

Liked: Amazing hostel in an absolutely perfect location and helpful staff. I came before the check-in time so they stored my luggage until then. I lacked nothing there. And free cookies and coffee saved me as I had to leave before breakfast :)

Disliked: A guy in the reception did not know where the shuttle to the airport stops, though they promote that shuttle company in their hostel, which caused some stress for me later on.

Liked: I received from the receptionist one sheet of paper called as phrase book in Portuguese with English translation. It was divided into several parts: greetings, questions, directions, conversation and at the restaurants. Helpful receptionists Barbora and Vera. I needed iformation how to get to Fatima from Porto and they offered to find in on internet - it is slightlz complicated - and then they printed results for me. It is possible to separate our waste as paper, plastic, glass and even cork and battery. It is amazing. All the time are tea bags available as well as cacao powder.

Disliked: noisy in the street even in one hour after midnight

Liked: Good location (on a nice square qith loads of patelerias and cafes, close to everything and not in the middle of the tourist zone), nice staff and suuperclean! We stayed in the orange room (12 beds) that faces the party street, so if you are a light sleeper you might get some problems (or just go party with them!), but normally i dont think it would cause any troubles. From the hostel they arrange a free walking tour that I would absolutely recommend! our guide was super nice and showed us the city from a local's perspective. They also do a pubcrawl thats fun, though its more of a clubcrawl.

Disliked: The breakfast is pertty much nothing but sugar in different forms, so if you need something more filling you should go elsewhere.

Liked: very clean, new, good located hostel

Disliked: the breakfast is free but nothing special. and instant coffee is just not a very good start of my day. and by installing a chemical, orange scent dispenser in the room, it felt a little too clean.

Liked: Loved everything!!! Wonderful staff, free Internet, sparkling clean bathrooms, good breakfast....would DEFINITELY recommend it.

Disliked: A bit of street noise at night, but that's expected with such a central location.

Liked: Probably the friendliest staff that I ever had in a hostel. We felt very welcome there, they spend enough time to show us all provided facilities. Very well managed, great location inbetween a good nightlife spot.

Disliked: Ceiling should be renovated in our room.

Disliked: 8 euros to do laundry, no laundromat in town. Youre not allowed to smoke on the balcony which I think is crazy but everyone does anyways

Liked: This hostel was great, right in the centre, the staff are lovely. the breakfast included was good,the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are good. id definitly recommend it to anyone going to porto! :)
