Achilleas Xynopoulosit is not a hostel it is a proper star hotel - i had an ensuite room, it was a ood stay, clean, nice, breakfast inclusive, very central, nice building, no complaints at all - would def go back if in porto |

Marihna CaseyMainly the location really, very ideally situated in the centre on town with easy access to the Metro and Busses. Also the value is very good, considering what you get for your money. Although I didn't have a car at the time of staying there, I would imagine this to be a problem with parking, etc. The room was good and clean, with fresh sheets, etc. everyday. Also the view was fantastic, overlooking the Praca Liberdade. Staff were always friendly and courteous. The air conditioning worked a treat as it was quite warm when we were there. The only thing I think they could improve on, with very little cost to themselves is to put Coffee & Tea making facilities in the rooms, this would make it a real bonus! Otherwise I got what I expected and had a very pleasant stay, thank you. |

Customer reviewThe fact that the bedsheets and towels were being changed every day. Also the friendliness of the staff was very helpful. The hotel's location is right in the centre of the old part of Porto -also right in the middle of a central square where you feel secure coming back to the hotel at night. |

pratik dattaniLocation is amazing - right in the middle of the city, with easy access to Metro and all the sights. This is a hotel rather than a hostel though, so there's no place to just congregate and chat. |
