Liked: The location of the place is very good and you can walk to all the major attractions in porto from the hostel. Also, the staff is very sweet and friendly. The only problem is that the building is old and so its not in a very good condition. I was staying in a double room with a shared bathroom and so it worked out to be pretty cheap. So, i would say that for its price and location it was a the best choice for me. But, if you are looking for something new and fancy, this is not the place for you!!

Liked: nice location near the bus station and the Bolhao metro stop. the rooms are extremely comfortable for the price (a very very good deal). Not a modern hostel, but you can tell love was put into every detail. Very welcoming hostel.

Liked: Good to spend one or two nights. Clean place, friendly staff, but it's too old and they could improve the toilets, showers and put a heat inside the rooms. Could provide breakfast.

Liked: Just pay attention on term "double bed" when booking. Double bed room means there's one bigger bed for two people, that can't be divided in two pieces of furniture :-)

Liked: The location is convenient for sight-seeing around porto, and the room is very clean. The lady is very kind, but unfortunately speaks only portugese. The water heater broke down during our stay there

Liked: Very nice rooms, cozy and clean. Stuff was very helpful to give us needed information about the city and places to see in Porto. The location of the hostel is fantastic, we could walk almost everywhere.

Liked: affordable and nice single room, with shared bathroom. It even had a handbasin and two sets of drawers, and was priced similarly to dorm rooms in other hostels. Friendly staff.
