Liked: Très bonne situation

Disliked: Très mauvais accueil, lits avec des sommiers en bois donc impossible de dormir, très très bruyant, pas de possibilité de payer avec carte de crédit mais seulement en espèces!

Liked: everything was Ok. specially the reception (Ana) was really friendly and If you go there say hello from me ;)

Disliked: The worst part was that there is small bar just in the down stair and if you don't want to enjoy Porto’s night you have to enjoy that bar or suicide :D

Liked: - good location, close to bus terminal- shopping and transportation in vicinity- clean and friendly staff- good guidance from receptionists regarding what to do and where to go

Disliked: - the bed was broken from the start and was only poorly fixed when complained about

Liked: good location in porto

Disliked: overfriendly host keeps talking and talking and making stupid jokes when all you want to do is just check in and get to your room. The triple room had one one°and°a°half bed and one fieldbed kind of thing. the biggest bed cracked whenever you moved and inch and the fieldbed was equipped with a terribly thin mattress. When we complained about it, the host suggested that we could also sleep on the floor- probably just her way of trying to be funny... In the afternoon we return to our room and the door is wide open, host explains that she had been looking for a solution for the bed. No need to leave the door wide open, so it seems to me.... luckily nothing was stolen... In my opinion, definitely not worth another visit

Liked: The lady who attended as at first was nice..

Disliked: The incredibly high and neverending hotness even when outside is a bit cold. (In summer). You can't sleep with this temperature.

Liked: The departure after a restless night.

Disliked: Unfriendly staff. dusty, smoky and dirty room and bathroom, noisy, door didn't lock properly, bed was half-broken and it blocked the window. 20€ per laundry of 5kg, 5€ charge for MasterCard payment, creepy neighbourhood.

Liked: The location is all.

Disliked: The rooms are small, some of the staff were complaining to us about other guests, and I didnt think that is polite. The kitchen does not offer enough structure to cook meals.
