The apartment is located 2 minutes from the Avenida da Boavista, which, at about 6 km in length, is the longest avenue in Porto, extending from the Military Hospital to the Plaza de Zarco, known as Castle Cheese, the popular name of an ancient fort of St. Francis Xavier, by the sea.

New economic and cultural centrality, its most distinctive architectural and media attribute is currently the Music House, the work of the Dutch Rem Koolhaas, opened in 2005, the space once occupied by the tram depot, the Rotunda da Boavista.
