Central but very noisy and next time we would not stay in the centre of Porto which is very run-down with too much graffitti for our taste. For northern europeans who are used to complimentary items left out,it was strange to then be charged for them. No tea/coffee making facilities. Bathroom was the smallest we have ever experienced.

Not a hostel but a hotel. Good location (about 10 min walk to the train station). Room was very big with everything you need. Staff spoke good English and were helpful giving directions. The breakfast was also nice, typical stuff like cereal, cheese and meats. Would stay here again for sure.

The position of the hotel is very good. It's in the heart of Porto, only 2 minutes far away from the City hall and from the main streets.

It's not actually a hostel but a proper 3-star hotel. I got excellent value for money booking a single room online -that got me a whole room plus en suite for 37 euro. Fab location in the Ribeira (world heritage listed old town), walking distance to all main attractions, excellent public transport links. Great staff (who speak good English). Reasonable mini-bar prices (porto isn't cheap!)

It is more of a hotel than a hostel, suitable for a couple but not really people who want to party. Excellent value for money and extremely helpful staff who spoke English
