Liked: it i clean and near the city town. breakfast is very good.

Liked: It's nice to have both breakfast, linens and towels included in the price, very neat.

Disliked: The staff doesn't speak english, only portugese, spanish and french, none of which I speak fluently, so I had to get by using my broken french. My room had no windows and no visible ventilation of any kind. There was a fan, but no way to get fresh air into the room: it was very hot and stuffy all the time, which was extremely uncomfortable. Also, most travellers will fond this a pro, but I HATE it: they clean your room and make your bed every day. I generally stay in hostels, not in hotels for budgetreasons, but also mostly for privacy ones. I can't feel relaxt in a room if it's cleaned for me, it doesn't feel like home, and it's uncomfortable knowing someone can come in at any time. I was actually awakened several times trying to take a quick nap by the cleaning lady trying to get in (which didn't work thank god, because my key was sticking in the lock on my end). I HATED, hated, hated this, and for this reason alone I would never return here. All in all not much of a success, luckily I spend most of my time outside.

Liked: I appreciated the cooperation of the staff to move us rooms when I needed. I also appreciated their help to arrange a taxi for me at 4:30. The breakfast was also nice.

Liked: Friendly staff but no english just Portuguese and FrenchLocation is good 5 min to city center, shopping mall and supermarketsno air conditioning and we had the room under the roof so it was damn hot but they gave us a fan, which was not enough but better than nothing

Liked: The hostel was more than we expected! It's located in the centre, has very nice, cosy rooms, very nice staff... They have a really nice common room, and a great terrace...A great deal for this price!

Disliked: It was really hot, the ventilator just couldn't fight against it.

Liked: Location is pretty good. After exit from the metro, you have to walk up hill for a while. If you have lots of luggage, this might be a problem. The hostel is located on the main shopping street but not exactly in the area. You have to walk down for a while to reach the main shopping area. There is an internet connection and breakfast is included in the price you paid.

Disliked: There is no air-condition in the room and the room doesn't have any window, but a fan is provided.

Liked: Me gusto muchism la habitacion, muy grande, era la unica que era fuera, al lado de la terasa, me gusto el hotel en general con sus escaleras, con una decoracion muy bonita y muy acogedora, la posibilidad de estar en el jardin y de poder hacer una parrillada, el wifi en el hotel, el hecho de tener un refrigerador, y un micro ondas en la habitacion. La senora del hotel es muy simpaticay el personal por ejemplo hablaba frances, mi idioma materna.

Liked: We stayed two night, the place is very cosy and quite modern, the owners nice (loved the cat also). The bathroom was quite small, and the self-cleaning WC didn't stop with the noisy cleaning a few times, we had to unplug it. Internet in the lobby wasn't working most of the time. Breakfast is very good and I would go back again!

Liked: I was there two nights.The first one, which I booked by HostelBookers, was very nice. Beautiful bedroom, kind stuff... Just to say some moistness, but not important.The second night it was a little bit worse: smaller bedroom, bad smell in the small bathroom... not nice at all. But not bad.Anyway, the facilities make it better and worth to pay.

Liked: Beautiful accommodation, really comfy beds, and lovely atmosphere. Was a bit far from the bars/town centre etc but really easy to get to from the metro stations and nice walking down to the town centre anyway. Breakfast was great! probably the nicest hostel i have stayed in, it was so nice it wasnt a hostel!
