Liked: Decent Location

Disliked: Not all rooms are up to scratch with the ones in the photos, shower broken, cleanliness not great. No atmosphere

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Although not extremely close to riverfront, the hotel is a pleasant walk away from city centre. Breakfast was included and was a good value.

Disliked: Not exactly a dislike but the hotel has that "Grandparents' house smell" (mothballs/old furniture).

Liked: Good price and helpfull staff (but you pay in the end for every restaurant booking they help you with, just so you know).

Disliked: They don't have carparking and aircondition even if they say on HostelBookers that they do! The house was nice and not that warm anyway but we choose them because they had aircondition so a bit disappointed.

Liked: staff were very friendly and helpful

Disliked: not the best location (very dark and quiet around the area at night). a little bit of a language barrier with one of the staff members as he did not speak english (but still very friendly and tried to communicate as best as he could).

Liked: The staff was very nice, the room very correct for the price and the hostel is close from the metro and some nice areas of Porto.

Disliked: The hotel was under some renovation which probably made it look a bit run down but it's temporary.

Liked: Excellent place ! Super friendly, clean, some rooms have terraces with very good views over the city. WiFi works. This place is hard to beat in terms of value for money, I'd say.

Liked: private rooms are good deal at this 2 star hotel...

Disliked: our room was kinda cold and the hotel is family-run, thereofre they r not offering proffesional service. They try to help on everything but unfornunately speak barely english...

Liked: A confortable and quiet place to stay, friendly staff, we recieved a better room than we had reserved. Big beds, very clean, very good location, quick walk to metro and quick walk to town center, It has elevator.

Disliked: Breakfast is limited, possibly too quiet (not for young travellers looking for partying).

Liked: nice clean big room. near the supermarket.

Disliked: bed was a little too small and receptionist did not have a good command of english.

Liked: The room was quite big with a sofa and chair as well.it look like at home!The bathroom was large and clean.It is quite close to the Rua S.Catarina and metro station.

Disliked: This is not really a place where you can meet people.it semeed We were the only customers there. As a residencial whereby family direction, It was a bit disorganized.

Liked: Comfortable and spacious rooms for a very reasonable price. Right near Bolhao metro station and major bus routes, as well as two main shoping centres and Rua de Santa Catarina, which is a main shopping road. About 20 minutes walking distace from Ribeira - the historic area of Porto. If in doubt, staff are always willing to point you in the right direction.

Liked: it is definitely a place to sleep only. you have no fun no interaction. the staff is totally anti-english :(. so you cannot receive no useful info no orientations. this place seems rather to be a cheep cheep hotel than a youth hostel. the room was very cold. nevertheless it was hot water in the tap so it was enough to shower, but only for one person. the location is 15 min uphill walk from main railway station.

Disliked: Cristina left no negative feedback.
