Customer review

Not a good experience and there are much better places to stay in porto that are better value for money. They didn't get the reservation or emails prier to arrival and then they out us in the WORST room. Then they offered us a nicer room the next day, we moved our stuff and when we came back they said that we had to move back to the bad room! Don't waste your time!
