Customer reviewThis place was FANTASTIC, really central and super clean. The room was a really good size and so was the ensuite. Well worth the couple of euros extra that I paid over a hostel to have my own space in this great little place! I highly reccomend it! |

Adam RitchieGarre-sol was actually double-booked. The first woman we met at Garre-sol was much older and seemed a little grumpy/unhelpful/crazy, but a younger woman who worked there, and spoke excellent English, actually walked us round to their sister-hotel 'Residencia Paulista' on the main Dos Aliados street, where they put us up for the same price in a very comfortable and well situated room. Either location is superb, the staff were as helpful as they need be and the price is very reasonable. There is a fair bit of competition between the various hotels/hostels and they will often badmouth one-another, but having stayed in a few in the centre I would say that they're all much of a muchness. Go for a good price for a night or two, and if you're staying longer then go out and shop around, they usually have vacancies. |

Customer reviewThe room was very tasteful and stylish: a nice ensuite and a very comfy double bed. Also it was a very quiet hostel considering how central it is. The staff were friendly, although not all speak all the languages stated, but we got by on my dodgy Spanish. I think it was a good price for a nice private ensuite bedroom. |
