Liked: Great staff, decent breakfast for free, reasonably priced drinks as well which was handy as the supermarkets were closed.

Disliked: Some very noisy other guests packing and switching on the light at 4am, but that's not the hostel's fault. Would be nice if the hostel did a bit more to get the guests together - organise events or a happy hour or something.

Liked: LOVED THIS HOSTEL! Lucy and the other receptionists are sooo absolutely kind. its such a homey hostel. in the basement area, theres another room with bean bags, couches, karoake, just a nice place to chill. if you´´re looking for a homey hostel where you can easily meet others, stay here!

Liked: absolutley one of the best places I have stayed - nothing to complain - good breakfast, excellent staff - they even have a rumpus room with cable TV and a Karaoke machine!!

Liked: Extraordinary friendly and nice staff, it was a great experience to be hosted there. I met interesting people, and the atmosphere of the hostel is really great. It is a nice place to relax, but if you would like to party or meet people you can go to the "living room". Thank you Sky ;)

Disliked: My only concern was about security. However nothing happened, I did not always have the feeling of safety. I think they could improve in this.

Liked: Good hostel to stay at, nice space to relax, and quite clean.

Disliked: From the bottom dorm you can hear the doorbell when people ring it at night. Also, it was the only hostel in Portugal where I stayed that had only one choice of cereal for breakfast :(

Liked: The location was covenient to the historical district and to the metro. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The inn itself was clean. It felt safe and I would stay there again.

Disliked: There wasn't really any place to hang out where there was fresh air, windows etc.

Liked: It was so lovely, we were greeted very warmly on arrival and told everything we had to see and given a map. The hostel was extremely clean, and had character. The people runnning this place know what they are doing and do it well! I felt so comfortable here, I didnt want to leave!

Liked: awesome hostel, super friendly staff!! they were very helpfull when we had questions about the city or things we wanted to do. The breakfast is really good and there's a kitchen, so you can cook whatever you want. i would definitely recommend it to others!

Liked: It was like a home away from home. The staff made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. Everyone in the hostel was very friendly and the large outdoor common room made it very easy and fun to meet people.

Liked: The hostel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Disliked: The directions to find the hostel were a little misleading, so I wandered for a while but eventually found it.

Liked: Great facilities, lots of common areas for solo travellers to meet new people, nice quiet area, but an easy walk into the center of town.

Disliked: Mirrors in the room would be beneficial, also the 4-bed female Moon Dorm didn't have any windows to let fresh air in, loads of natural light from the skylight though.
