Hamish MalcolmThe couple running the hotel are very friendly and helpful, nice little balcony off dbl room had overlooking water in the distance and street below. Doors to balcony block out light completely if want to sleep in. Security alert alarms in room & bathrooms (though be carefully not to pull the chord in the bathroom as the alarm- not the light switch! lol) Comfortable Mattress Had communal fridge & kettle, also cooking facilities I think. Stayed 2 nights here in total before finishing time in more luxurious hotel Great value! Dislikes: found it a bit awkward to find, (10min walk to main city centre?)may be easier if take taxi there? (about $10euro from airport) Bit of a climb up stairs to 2nd floor, but not that bad. Had toilet and basin in room but not connected in room I was in. |
