Disliked: The location is a bit far,especially for those who having big luggage will be a little bit difficult while finding the location.

Liked: Everyone was super helpful & friendly! I lost my coat & the staff found it & offered to mail it to me! Very welcoming & fun...also spacious security safes to keep your personal belongings!

Liked: Breakfast was not bad, better than other Oasis hostels I have stayed at only because at 9am they cook up some scrambled eggs but other than that its cereal, toast, juices, coffee, and tea. Not too big that you feel like you dont see any other travelers and the common areas are nice. About 20 min walk the the river/port area and 10mins to the nearest metro.

Liked: The friendliness & warm welcome I received from Adriano & the rest of the staff every day. Nothing was too much of a problem. Their willingness & knowledge for excursions outside of Lisboa was also MUCH appreciated. I cannot recommend Oasis enough. Roll on my next visit to Lisboa, I know exactly where I'm staying. Muito Obrigado!

Liked: The staff were very friendly & mostly helpful, which is amazing considering the number of people who seem to work here. Many of them rank among the nicest hostel staff I've ever come across, with the exception of one guy , but that's fine. I like the 24hr access & the location- abt 10 minute walk from the subway & the main shopping area, 5-10 minutes more to Alfama/ Sao Jorge. Wi-fi worked great too & the cleaning lady was really nice.

Disliked: The above-mentioned guy came off a little smart-assed, but he was the only exception & I can put that up to it being New Year's Day & he may have been over-worked from the night before.

Liked: The nicest hostel I have stayed in in four months of traveling. The entire place is basically a large, done up terrace house and has a pleasant, airy feel to it. The communal areas are comfortable and great for meeting people, and you are very close to both the bars and the historic center. The price is good and the included buffet breakfast is tasty. They also offer a cheap ish bar and 5 euro dinners.

Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast and welcome drink, great atmosphere.

Disliked: Bit tricky to find from the airport but once you find it it's easy to get your bearings.

Liked: This is a great place to meet people, nice social atmosphere. The staff are all really helpful and full of good ideas and advice. The location is also pretty good as it is close to a bunch of bars and clubs.

Liked: the most ofthe people that working there are very friendly,the dinner is a great solution!

Disliked: not so clean , very crowded all the time that you cant relax any moment, , bad noisy beds , and the reception not so friendly and helpfull as they state.

Liked: There is a bar open at the hostel like every night, where there is also dinner for the guests for only 5 euros. It's social and alot of fun.

Disliked: One person in my doorm snored and farted at night, but i guess that can happen anywhere. Good hostel for youths, too youth-like for older people.

Liked: Unbelievable kind stuff and a very comfortable atmosphere!!!

Disliked: The next possibility to take the public transport is not really near. And if you already there, only the famous tram 28 arrives, which is very often full because of the tourists.

Liked: I really liked the location, the atmosphere, the rooms, the kind of people that were staying there, .. almost everything! It was easy to feel comfortable and at home there and the facilities were very good. I would definitely recommend it, especially for young people and open-minded travellers!

Liked: Really secure, well run, and they even let my girlfriend use their luggage storage even though she wasnt staying there ( doesn't sound such a big deal but got us out of a jam ). Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Got a little bit noisy but I was just too hungover to get into the party.That said, it didnt keep me awake either.
