Customer reviewVery good location, right in the city centre, close to metro stations. Very dirty though, dark and with bugs. Not really safe, the lock to the hostel was nearly destroyed as if somebody was trying to get into place without a key. The bathroom wasn't nice either. I wouldn't have stayed there but for the good reviews on the net. |

Customer reviewGeny was very helpful and flexible, we changed or arrival time about 3 times! And the location is awesome, very near to rossio, restautores, bairro alto, etc and there are also supermarkets around the corner. I would definitely stay there again. |

Customer reviewExcellent location! The staff are really nice and the place is easy to find, very close to subway and main area of Lisbon. The rooms are reasonably clean, I enjoyed my stay there. I thought the rooms could do well with refubishment, or at least have fresher sheets? But it's still good value and fantastic location. |
