Hostel has a great feel and in a excellent location. Right in the middle of where the bars are and where the shopping is. Great place would recommend

The warm hospitality, professionalism and customer friendly/can do attitudes shown by Eduardo, Bruno and staff were incredible. The cleanliness of the facilities, fresh breakfast food, free use of pc/wireless internet access, the organization of providing bed space for all guests, the location, the helpfulness of the hosts/staff and there is more that I am not mentioning. My observation was that every guest that I talked to was absolutely overjoyed to have stayed at the Lisbon Poets Hostel. On a scale of 5 and 5 being the TOP; I would rate this fine hostel in the heart of Lisbon as a "HIgh 5". Many thanks for all you have done to accommodate me and others. i look forward to my next stay at your remarkable hostel. All the best until then. I will strongly reccommend your hostel to others. One of the best hostel i ever stayed at. Very friendly staff, good size (not too big), everything you need is there and a very good athmosphere in the livingroom to meet people.

very helpful staff. they even lent me their own mobile for me to make a phone call! the hostel has nice deco as well. a value for money choice for backpackers

The atmosphere was simply great, very different than what we find in most hostels. Internet access was free, which is always nice. Everything was clean and confortable.

Like a house. Proper bathrooms and showers. Very clean. Free internet, tv and movies, board games etc. Very friendly staff and such a great location!

It's located in a very nice and quiet part of Lisbon, the house is amazing, small but very stylish and cozy.

The minute I arrived, the staff were very helping in getting me situated. They made sure that my stay in Lisbon would be amazing. The 24 hour reception made it very easy to go out at night without worries! This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed at!!!! Thanks guys =)

What a brilliant, Gem of a place - from the location, to the staff, to the lovely homey feeling - definately made my stay brilliant... Thank you so much to the staff, always friendly and so helpful - Yaaay for your hostel!

Fantastic 'family' atmosphere. Small hostel, so easy to meet everyone, and staff very friendly. Perhaps could do with another bathroom.

very laid back atmosphere with really friendly staff who socialise with guests met lots of nice people and a stones throw from all of the nice bars and restaurants, there is a common room to sit and meet other travellers and reception sell Super Bock (v nice portuguese beer) for 1 euro a bottle many thanks
