EVERYThING. this was the best hostel I have ever stayed in and I've been to Venice, Rome, Florence (pretty good ...but this one was better), Cologne, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid....
My favourite thing about this hostel is the how chic it is, it's totally for young people - think Ikea but cooler!

The location was perfect and the dinner's were delicious, worth the price and a great way to meet people. Probably the cleanest, most modern, chill hostel I've stayed at. Free internet, free breakfast, what more could you ask for?

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!! This hostel is a league of its own. Wow. Everything was perfect: Great location, great people and great service. Thank you so much for a most wonderful time. I hope to be back soon. I'd go to Lisbon again just to be in this hostel...

Staff very friendly and accommadating, helpful, enthusiastic, gave valuable advice on city. As a senior, they made sure to give accessible accommodation. Guests were made to feel at home with inhouse value-for-money authentic portuguese meals.
I thouroghly recommend this hostel and would return again

Awesome 'resturant' really helps you get to know people, whether travelling alone or with friends. Better value and flavour than anywhere else I ate.
I did wish that they gave some houskeeping rules at check in, like no noise in rooms after a certain time. I was woken every night by the same group, lights on, talking loudly at 4 am each morning, "shut up just didn't seem to work"
