Liked: Enough space, large and clean rooms, friendly staff, located near busstop and subway.

Disliked: Some furniture was broken and the bathroom cabinet needs to be repaired.

Liked: Good localization and very nice rooms! The service is great and there are also a awesome home feeling!

Disliked: No complaints! It is a great place for backpackers in a tight budget

Liked: If the staff was in the hostel she was helpfull

Disliked: BEDBUGS!!! And the staff was never in the hostel so its hard to ask questions or check-in and it could be more tidy and clean.

Liked: It's very very friendly place. Very good connection to metro, bus. Nice familiar atmosphere. Computer with internet acces and Wi-Fi are quite fast and good quality.

Disliked: The bus stop is placed directly in front of hostal windows. Don't forget earplugs if you want to sleep. Hostal does not have any banner on the front door - there is only a small sticker on the bell button. It is more easy, if you would search for RENAULT advertisement - is fastend nearly the hostal window. The entrance door is placed directly on the bus stop.

Liked: The hostel is a fully equipped apartment where you can really feel at home.

Disliked: I hav never seen the person in charge. When I arrived I was lucky that the other guests were there to open the door. Luis, who seems to own the place, sent some friend of his to get the money. She spoke hardly any english and seemed quite insecure. All this would not be a problem for me, considering the great atmosphere and low cost. But the one thing that made me leave the next day was that there was a really heavy infestation with bedbugs in the room I slept in. I grew aware of them when I woke up at night, and since they were really everywhere in the room, I spent the rest of the night on the couch in the living room.

Liked: I liked everything in general (the kitchen facilities, the living room, the bedroom, the computer with internet,...)

Disliked: The management was horrible as the owner had rented more beds than he had, so the first night we had to sleep in the living room.

Liked: location

Disliked: When I arrived the guests opened the door for me and showed me around. I was lucky that they were there. There are no reception, cleaners or other members of staff who you can speak to. Other facilities such as towels or lockers offered by this hostel don't exist or are not in use.The place was dirty and freezing cold.

Liked: nice place,really much more better than i expected..it is a beautifull apartmebt,with an amazing living room,kitchen abd a super friendly helpfull staff..only the problem was heating..but i am sure once they solve this problem place is gonna be just perfect..

Disliked: no heater..

Liked: Helpful staff, good internet, nice kitchen and the restaurant opposite to to the hostel.

Disliked: 1. not very clean (flies are just next to your ears when sleeping). 2.Changed booking a month before but no record and we, three people, need to stay in a two-bed dorm. But the staff tried his best to help us by bringing in a sofa bed and he also brought us good information about how to travel Lisbon and countryside around. (3. however, some information about the price is not accurate, check it out yourself~ Lisbon card is a must!) 4. The breakfast: one morning without cheese and ham; one morning without bread and milk... a bit disappointing.

Liked: Fair value for what they offer, good location near centre of the city, internet access and breakfast.

Disliked: A bit scary when you arrive early morning and there's nobody to receive you, no reception. Very old building and instalations, small and dirty bathrooms, water would suddenly change from warm to cold, cold room, window did not close.

Liked: Free stuff for breakfast, kitchen appliances, free wifi, two bathrooms, perfect location, very cool owners!!, chill and relaxed atmosphere—can feel like home without worrying, etc!

Disliked: The bathrooms could use some tuning/upgrading :) Also, they lacked sufficient heating for the weather in December, but as I've been told, they are about to buy a radiator for every room, so that's solved. Also, they should DEFINITELY make the place more findable, the were absolutely no signs whatsoever, except the microscopical text "Olá" at the door bell.

Disliked: rooms have heaters, but otherwise, the place is cold. may be a little too small if all the beds are occupied

Liked: It wasnt far from the interesting places (Barrio Alto, Baixa...)

Disliked: There was nobody in the hostal to help us, the hostel was too full and dirty the hole time, it was very cold inside and the breakfast was really bad quality.

Liked: i really enjoyed the home-atmosphere, very friendly and relaxed. it was extremely confortable.the staff is young and sincerely friendly.i found the hostel clean, the kitchen has everything you need, there is iternet for free, the location is perfect to move all around the city and the prices are excelent for the service. i strongly reccomend this hostel!!!

Disliked: i only suggest to the staff to put a bigger sign out of the door, it's almost invisible!!!
