Liked: Location, the staff' knowledgeable about Madrid and their helpfulness, hostel design, breakfast (cereals+milk, fruits, bread + jam), kitchen, living room, bathrooms + beds

Disliked: When I sleep in 6-bed dorm, the heater was not working. And, the hostel doesnt provide hangers or any place to hang your washed clothes, they ask the guests to use their 6EU laundry service. It's impossible to use the basin to wash the clothes The hostel is simply not for the long-journey travelers who need only need to wash 1-2 pieces of clothes before going home.

Liked: Although it was a quiet time of year, this hostel was great and one of the best I have stayed in. Great location and very easy to find and in the heart of the city, the staff were excellent help and very friendly and it was clean and tidy. Loved my stay in Lisbon!

Liked: Fantastic place! Loved the way it was designed, it really shows that they have thought of every detail and it is perfect! It is located in the very center of the city so it's great if you wanna enjoy the old parts of the city. The staff is very helpfull and kind! All in all: Loved it!

Liked: Good location. A nice, spacious common area with good facilities.

Disliked: Dining area too small and get easily too crowded. Breakfast was kind of cheap. Bad ventilation/air conditioning - the whole place smells like food around lunch and dinner time and the rooms gets very damp and warm in the night.

Liked: Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, facilities were good. Very enjoyable stay.

Disliked: It was a little hard to find, but that's because i couldn't read or speak Portuguese!

Liked: It was the perfect getaway! Situated in the heart of the city, this hostel provided me with all that I needed— location-wise, walking-distance to tourist attraction sites, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the free breakfast and 24 hour cereal and tea and coffee! I would definitely come again and recommend it to those who wants a relaxing vacation.

Liked: Surrounded by art in the building. Good breakfast, good space to sit and work/relax. Shared bathrooms were spacious and suitable. Liked the storage lockers in the dorm to keep things tidy/safe. Staff provided recommendations for eating

Disliked: I wasn't warned on the day that the dorm was a mixed dorm, so unfortunately walked in on someone getting changed. It would have been good to know beforehand so I could be more respectful.

Liked: the location is excellent,the staff very friendly and helpfull,the hostel is clean and the breakfast is as in a luxurous hotel.

Disliked: There are only two bathrooms,one for ladie and for gentlemen.

Liked: Amazing staff, great location, cool and fun place to hang out, good kitchen, clean place, great location for sightseeing. What more could you want? I had a wonderful time here :)

Liked: This hostel was great, it looked like you were staying at someones house, the staff were really friendly. They had a free breakfast included and had all the facilities required. The hostel was very clean and tidy.

Disliked: There was loud music in the street, to close the windows you had to have the air con on which required a 10€ deposit which you got back when you returned the remote. To use the washing machine caost 6€ not including a dryer however staff hung out my clothes in a locked room which was really nice - no dryer facilities.

Liked: The location is perfect, just at the Shiado's heart, minutes away from the Bairro Alto. The common areas and rooms are really cool, and the staff was as nice and helpful as they come.

Disliked: The bathrooms are shared. I stayed in a double room, so I was counting on a private bathroom. Anyway, there were enough showers and I never had to wait.
