Liked: Easily accessible location (between two Metro stops serving both the blue and yellow lines, and along a major thoroughfare with lots of bus lines). Staff was extremely friendly (due to a change of circumstances, I ended up canceling the second night of my reservation -- as a result I didn't meet the required two night minimum stay, I was not canceling more than 24 hours in advance, and I was checking out after the 11 AM checkout time, so I didn't even ask for a refund, but they gave it to me anyway). Other perks as well -- in-room bathroom (not terribly uncommon, but also not universal), free breakfast, free wi-fi, etc. Price is basically unbeatable. Very positive experience overall.

Disliked: The location is easy to reach but it's not an ideal spot within the city. It's only maybe 15 minutes by Metro from the city center, but there are also tons of places to stay within the city center itself, which is a far more interesting neighborhood. One minor annoyance was that there was a motion-activated light in the entryway in the dorm room, so if someone got up at 4 AM to use the restroom or something, the lights automatically came on.

Liked: Clean, safe, friendly and value for money. The best of best in my travelling so far. Thank to Mr. John who is so helpful that he gave me alot of info on Lisboa. TK Chiang from Malaysia.

Liked: I liked pretty much everything¡

Disliked: Everything was OK for a cheap hostel. -bathroom could have been bigger, shower should be manual.

Liked: Was very clean, breakfast was good enough and location it's in a residential area (seems safe and quiet), close to many transports (buses, metro, etc). 15 minutes bus trip to the airport, and 25 mins walking to downtown area

Disliked: Some details. The shared showers are small and no place to hang a towel, or put the soap. It's kind of uncomfortable to take a shower there. No plugs in the room the charge notebooks or cellphone.. actually only 1 plug in the common area.. it's not enough

Liked: Friendly staff, did whatever it took to make our stay pleasant. Our bathroom light didn't work, reception didn't know how to fix it so she gave us another room which was a 4 person dorm because it was the only room left available (there was only two of us so we got double the space). Cute little decorations throughout the hallway. Very clean and well kept. Bathrooms/bedrooms are immaculate.

Liked: It's located in nice area. Rooms in hostel are really clean.

Disliked: The elevators are really loud at night. There were different people making noise almost every night, and staff didn't do anything about it, although few people complained. So if you wanna get good night sleep, this probably isn't the best hostel to spent vacation. The balcony should be separated.

Liked: Amazing value for money, good variety at breakfast and nice clean, new builing/rooms.

Disliked: Lack of untensils in the kitchen was a bit of a joke. For the use of a whole multi floor hostel; 1 mug, 3 or 4 saucepans, 3 plates and a few metal utensils if you're lucky. Don't visit the kitchen at peak time if you don't want to wait an hour for a plate!

Liked: The location was good, we had a good clean room, the included breakfast was decent. Free laundry service is great.

Disliked: Not too much to dislike... the breakfast time was very brief and they start taking everything away before the time is up, which is a little frusterating.

Liked: The staff were friendly. Easy to get around. In the north part of the city, but very easy to get around because of the metro.

Disliked: Kitchen didn't have much equipment. Wasn't always clean either. Couldn't use the common facilities until after 3pm when I could check in.

Liked: É um local bastante novo, onde o ar-condicionado ainda está sendo instalado, por exemplo. A mobília é nova, o prédio também, além de ser bastante limpo no geral. Os funcionários estão sempre dispostos a ajudar no que for preciso.

Disliked: Não há tranca no banheiro feminino e o banheiro masculino é mal iluminado.

Liked: It was very clean and also I liked that it is near a metro station, just a few minutes from the Baixa of Lisboa.

Disliked: The computer was broken and the light in the bathroom turned off a lot of times...

Liked: Very clean. Quiet. Reasonable breakfast. Excelent staff support and simpathy. Very well situated

Disliked: Lack of lockers in the rooms (they have it on the grounf floor).

Liked: This is the cleanest hostel I stayed in so far, and it has good facilities (free w-lan in the rooms, free lockers, great breakfast.)

Disliked: There was a complete lack of atmosphere, it felt more like a hospital than a hostel. Yet, as i stayed in the town for conference and not for fun, it was good for me.

Liked: All staffs are nice and kind, and the room and the facilites are really clean !! Besides I enjoyed the breakfast also.

Disliked: Nothing
