Liked: Very good price, very clean rooms with new furniture, nice breakfast area, free lockers, quiet area, supermarket near by.

Disliked: only one fridge for 100 guests.

Liked: The rooms are very tidy. The staff is very helpful and nice. Different members of staff speak a little English, Spanish and German. The hostel is a bit noisy at night- more suitable for younger fun loving travellers.

Liked: That's what is bad:1. There is no blinds in the rooms that makes you wake up at 6:00 am.2.The kitchen employes are rude.But is a really fine hostel to stay.

Liked: Hostel itself is OK. Coffe which is served at breakfast is not good - but you can drink really good portuguese coffe everywhere outside :)

Liked: Dear Sirs, I had very bad experiance todaty with this hostel because they forget my passport in copy machine and on my check out in o5 oclock ni te morning they forget to return it back to me. I find out that when I was on the airport and hopfully I chach the lpane because of huge help of the taxy guy who immidiately returned back the taxy and helped me to come on time. I almost didnt chach the plane and I was very upset, moreovver I Spent additional 20€ on taxy. I am expecting some answer of the responssible person regarding this problem. Liked: It's a nice place to stay for a few nights. The staff is friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The kitchen was really nice, and great for cooking a meal. Location was pretty good, right by a metro stop and bus stop. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Liked: It's a nice and cheap place, where you can be comfortable not spendind too much... Very clean and staff very gentle. The kitchen fully equipped. I recomend this place to you.

Liked: I stayed in a 4bed ensuite dorm. The room was really big and newly renovated, with an open plan bathroom, but the shower didnt drain properly so the whole floor was wet. You get free towels as well as being able to use the washng machine for free. No tumble dryer though. The breakfast was basic, but a large kitchen to prepare meals. The staff were really helpful and there was late check in available. No public computers, but free wi-fi available. No card payment facilities,so one has to pay cash. Their location was easy to reach from the airport and the metro is around the corner. There was also a really cheap grocery store nearby. The hostel is still in the process of being renovated so this might be the reason for lack of facilities. Really good value for money, only paid about £15 a night. Enjoyed my stay, would recommend.

Liked: Very clean and functional place to stay. Internet didnt work ( just one pc for everyone) . Simple free breakfast. Rooms were new and modern, but simple. We stayed in a double private room with no lockers. Good deal for the money but not for those looking for fun or other facilities.

Liked: To late (after 24h) to check-in, we had to search another place, but the day after we still had to pay te whole night! Breakfast could be better with real jam and real orange juice for instance. Breakfastroom is boring and uncomfortable. Shower needs a towelhook, water doesn't flow away fast enough and floods on the floor. Toiletcabins are a bit to small. And nowhere we could find a place to leave rubbish, even not in badrooms.But for the money we paid, we didn't really expect more confort... The hostel is clean, beds are okay and that's the most important part.

Liked: Clean, nice located hostel. Good breakfast, friendly staff, safe rooms with a terrace for a cheap cost - very nice choise for little stay when you are travelling,I would recommend that for everybody.

Liked: This place was amazing. If I hadn't started my experience in Lisboa, Portugal in this place, things would be a lot different. At my first second at the hostel I met some new friends, they helped me getting my transportation pass, university enrollment kit, taught me how to walk through the city, ...The hostel make this kind of happening very easy, for good integration of the residents at a living room, and the bedroom itself. They offer simple but good breakfast, clean bathroom, nice view from the windows, very close to the subway station. It's even possible to go walking to many important places from there. All in all, UnReal was the best start point to a traveller/erasmus student in Lisbon.
