 The value for money was fantastic. Dom Sancho is not really a hostel, it is a really lovely hotel with friendly staff, great facilities and location and fantastic free breakfasts!

Its location is very nice. The staff assistance and hospitality is another great point. Next time I intend to stay in it and I'll recommend it to friends going to Lisbon.

It is quite cheap and the location is very good, you don't have to take bus nor taxi to get to the center, I also liked the building, an old and renovated stuff. Perfect for a weekend or a short stay. If I go back to Lisbon I will choose Dom Sancho again.

location excellent,center of town, but steps up to hotel lift... v. difficult with 2 cases. the staff are genuine, helpful & nice too. room small, but has everything i needed, i.e ensuite,& hair dryer

This hostel is awesome. the breakfast is great, i would recommend to all people who wish to stay in Lisbon. i stayed in a twin bedroom, and it had more than what we had expected. if i go back to lisboa, i would definitely use this hostel.

Location is great as it is only a ten minute walk to most things with bus and two Metro stops nearby. Room ws very clean and good bathroom.

This place is NOT a hostel, it's a hotel with all the amenities. I stayed in a single room and it had AC, TV (only 4 channels), b-fast, hair dryer in the bathroom, and a totally modern look to an old building. Yes, of course I would recommend this to anyone who wants a reprive from hostel living. You have your own room and a double bed for only 40 euro, that is the price of a Scandanavian hostel bed...so I'm thinking it's a spankin' deal. And the location...well, you just can't get much better than the location, a few blocks from old town and the airport buses are right out your door. If you are hitting the airport...take the city bus (#44 or 45) for 1.30 euro...another spankin' deal. I LOVE Lisbon!

Excellent value for money.The breakfast is awesome and the location is very convenient.It's more like a real hotel than hostel !
