The location is wonderful; you can easily walk to the heart of downtown Lisbon.
It's a very safe neighborhood.
My room was very clean and I was given new towels each day.
The staff was very friendly and helped me with anything I needed.
I was given a voucher on my last day which let me take a shuttle bus to the airport for free.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.. they were very eager to help, and very informed about touristic attractions.. they provided us with maps of the city, offers from car rentals, restaurants, information about the trains schedule and location.. i planned my whole vacation the night i arrived, based on their information..
Another thing i liked: free breakfast, with all you could want and eat.. sandwiches, cereals, milk, tea, natural juice, cornflakes..
I definitely recommend. Very low price for very high standards. Keep it up !

It is on very good place in Lisbon, close of Marques de Pombal metro station. Despite Dom Sancho I is not really a hostel, but a Residencial (something like a little hotel) is not expansive if you are not alone, and very comfortable..

Great location, 1 min from metro and a short walk into centre, they let you leave your luggage for as long as you like, friendly staff, smallish but nice rooms

friendly staff, very clean, excellent value for money and convenient location (right next door to Burberry!). Dom Sancho is the best place to stay in Lisbon.

The friendliness of the workers was just excellent. The hostel is in a good position and well communicated by the subway and the bus that carry you to the aerport which is just in front of the hostel.

Great central location, ideal for all the major sites. So long as you don't want to spend a long time in your room it is ideal

Cleanliness, safety, friendliness of staff, breakfast. The only downfall was the lack of hot water available in the morning, but this could be fixed by showering at night.

The staff was very nice,the room was very cosy and we had a very nice bathroom, mmm... ;) breakfast was very good, location just perfect and it was very cheap, maybe because of the low season... great place!!

Location was great, 2min walk to airport bus. Maids were FATASTIC, really clean and respectful of your things etc.
