Liked: Very friendly stuff, very central location. Nice for those who do not seek typical hostel atmosfere. It is realy more like a hostel.

Disliked: Maybe they should add some fruits and yoghurt to the breakfast?

Liked: Clean, good location near lots of good restaurants and the metro, 24 hour reception with staff willing to help. No fuss.

Liked: Very good location, very frienly and helpful staff.

Disliked: Too noisy. The front-door was so bad, that you can hear everything at hallway.

Liked: Nice and clean room, more hotel than a hostel, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Location could not been bether, it's basically in the city centre. Nice restaurants right next to the pensao.

Liked: it is clean and sober, the staff is nice and helpful, it is quite at night, the rooms and the bathroom are big enough ,it is very close to restauradores so it's basicly in the city centre,not far from barrio alto and baixia-chiado, there was conditoned air which was good at night when it would get colder, the place has just been renovated and you can tell, there is a safety box and the staff provides you with advice about all kind of things, from hairdressers to places to see.

Disliked: you couldnt mix up with people, but it's true that it's an hotel really, not a hostel

Liked: Central.Friendliness and helpful staff.Clean.Quite part of the street.We had a room with french windows which gave much air and light.

Liked: Very good location near Rossio station so easily within walking distance of most things. The staff speak good english and are friendly - its a family run place. On the downside the breakfast was pretty basic and it was a little noisy at night with a bar a few doors down the road, though tolerable with the window shut and aircon on. I would stay there again though.

Liked: The entrance hall is just basic, nothing fancy, which was fine. I really liked the room -- it was bright and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to great restaurants and sites and the waterfront. I was a lone female traveller in my 30s -- I felt safe. I noticed a lot of other lone travellers staying there and some adult couples. It was also quiet at night -- I stayed over on a Saturday night and slept very well. No complaints! I would stay there again.
