Liked: I absolutely loved this hostel. The staff is amazing (free walking tour, great dinners, etc.), the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the wifi was easy to use, etc. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Disliked: The showers didn't drain well. Other than that, nothing

Liked: Very nice location!

Disliked: Nothing, everything was fine. There were a few women who cooked pancakes for breakfast in the morning and if who want to you can get a real menu in the evening for only 9 euro. The hostel is in the city center - you have only one minute to walk to the next underground station. Very nice.

Liked: ~The people are lovely! The hostel is accomodating, and has a real family feel. Will definitely come back! It offers a wide range of activites including free walking tour and pub crawl. The hostel is unique in its atmoshpere and truly does encourage a family feel! STAY here when in LISBON!

Disliked: Nothing - it was the best hostel I had stayed in, in Europe!

Liked: The rooms are clean and spacious with heaps of room in the lockers, great staff and a great atmosphere - the perfect place to meet people if you're travelling alone. The dinners are fantastic.

Disliked: The wifi was very slow and kept cutting in and out.

Liked: location was great.. close vicinity to local supermarket.. breakfast & kitchen was good..

Disliked: up 4 flights of stairs so if you have heavy bags give it a miss, we didn't like that there was no access to the kitchen during the in house Chef meals at the hostel they are on every night & he uses the kitchen from 6.30 til 9.pm to serve up meals so its very inconvenient to people who want to cook their own meals during a normal time.

Liked: Very well located - in the heart of the city, close to the main bus & tram lines. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Don't miss out on the in-house dinner - it's a good chance to meet new people and have a nice home-made meal!

Liked: The location is perfect for shopping, transportation, and sightseeing, etc. It also organised some wonderful activities for us, the tours, walking, Portuguese traditional dinner and nice music. I had a wonderful time there!

Disliked: The Wi Fi signal is not very good.

Disliked: I didn´t like the fact that everything inside the hostel was written just in English. It wasn´t very elegant. I think they should promote Portuguese a little bit more.

Liked: Amazing. Extremely well kept and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Quiet.

Liked: the staff were amazing. towels and internet was free. there were free tours offered by the staff. the breakfast was great. Honestly the best hostel i have ever stayed at and would love to go back. be aware the sign on the front of the hostel is hard to see.

Disliked: I thought the sign was difficult to see on the front of the building.
