This was a great place to stay in a great location. It would be hard to find a better place in Lisboa. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and I don't think I've had a better nights sleep since I've been in Europe. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were also immaculate. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and stay here again on my next visit. Thanks!

It is a nice place to stay in for a short time. the only thing that was annoying was the fact that you must share the bathroom with 8 people more. But nothing is perfect!

Very nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms and toilets. Many facilities available for guests use - fully equiped kitchen, ironing desk and washing machine. Also the owner provided basic food (tea, bread, jam, milk, cornflakes and so on), so you could actually prepare breakfast for free. The minus was that my room was really small and the rooms were not well isolated accustically from each other. But it was in the very centre of city, where you have old builidings, so I suppose it would be the same with accustics in every hostel located there.

We loved the location and the fit-out of the hostel. The rented private suite was small and tidy and definately worth its price.

Very cosy place really fells like your at home , with small kitchen and 1 bathroom. The occasional quing up is not so bad as you would think of..e.g. good chance to get to known other guests. The hosts are fair and flexible and they keep a good eye on the place. If yo look at the smaal details , It is visible that there is a real owner of the place. Good, but quiet location.

Located up a couple of flights of stairs, the owner of Sweethome is a very nice lady who reminds me of my mother a bit. The rooms are pretty simple and this is more of a boarding house as opposed to a hostel, there are a few common areas but for most travellers the location in the heart of Baixa-Chiado is reason enough to stay here - minutes from all the traveller hotspots and never more than a few seconds reach from a Pastel de Nata.

It was very clean, very central, you can walk everywhere from there. Not far from Barrio Alto, the party neighborhood. It lacks a little character but it was a great safe place to stay.

Kitchen had everything we needed, good internet, the manager came around every night to ask about problems and free laundry as well. Highly recommended.
