Liked: staff was absolutely sympathetic; we could use the facilities (kitchen...) at any time; very cozy furnishings; check-in/-out: very flexible

Liked: the lady who takes care of the hostel is extremely nice. we are satisfied with every element of the hostel, but the hostel is on the 4th floor.we are satisfied that we got room upgrade and late check-out in hostel....full mark for the hostel, nice room, nice kitchen, new and clean.

Liked: Awesum & very clean hostel with big rooms & a huge bathroom in a fantastic location!!!Anna is a lovable woman...And the Italian restaurant next door downstairs has really great food,cheap & delicious Sangria & very competent staff!!!All in all:The best place 2stay in Lisbon!!!

Liked: the atmosphere is that of being in a dorm room with a bunch of people that are there for the same reason as you, to explore and have a good time. The owners are very friendly and they make you feel like you are at your best friends house spending the night.

Liked: Friendly atmosfere, very clean, looked like freshly renovated. Perfect localisation, exactly in historical city centre and though quiet.

Liked: Very clean hostel, lovely staff, brilliant location.The Managers went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Its unfortunate that there is only 1 bathroom/toilet to share. Maybe a sign could be put up to say that bathroom use is limited to 10mins per person.I would definitely recommend this hostel.
